We recommend Master Residence as the best choice, and we also offer housing in homestays, dorms or apartments

Living in Community. As part of a total immersion experience students can be housed in a student residencia (privately owned dorm) where they will live with students from Argentina and other Latin American countries.

Consistent with our belief in total immersion, students have the option to share their rooms with an Argentine roommate or roommates from other countries of Latin America. The residencia is constantly abuzz with the sounds of Spanish, Portuguese, English, and the other languages of our many international guests.

Students must follow several rules that make living in community safer and more comfortable for all residents. For example, no visitors of the opposite sex are allowed in the rooms and no alcohol is allowed on the premises.

The Neighborhood. The residencias are located in Palermo, one of the 47 Barrios or districts found in Buenos Aires. Palermo is a large, mostly middle and upper middle class district, and is subdivided into smaller neighborhoods or areas.

The specific neighborhood that houses the residencias is called Palermo Viejo. Palermo Viejo and nearby Palermo Hollywood, Palermo Soho and Las Cañitas are trendy, youth oriented areas with tons of restaurants and clubs. The center of the neighborhood's nightlife is found at Plaza
Serrano, about six blocks from the residencias.

The area also has a blessed with a good system of public transportation, centering on Plaza Italia. Plaza Italia is just two blocks from the residencias and features a subway station and bus stops for over 30 “colectivos” or public busses.
